Yoga Ro, a yoga studio in Falmouth, Cornwall, is here to support pregnant women along their yoga journey. Ro, the passionate and experienced founder, has been running this safe and supportive space since 2016.
Ro's qualifications are top-notch. She's completed advanced training with Quantum Yoga, Yin yoga with Norman Blair, anatomy & physiology with Jambo Truong, and specialised Pregnancy yoga with Sally Parkes. This means she's well-equipped to guide pregnant women safely through their yoga practice.
At Yoga Ro, you can join classes tailored to different needs. There's Dynamic Vinyasa Flow for an energising experience, Yin yoga for deep relaxation, and Pregnancy Yoga for expectant mothers. Ro's clear and concise instructions help everyone feel comfortable and confident.
