Over time, participants can progress to a more advanced yoga practise.

Paula Lee Sims is the dedicated instructor at Pregnancy Yoga Birmingham. As a mother of three, she knows firsthand the transformative power of yoga during pregnancy and birth. Paula's own birth experiences were wonderful and empowering, and she is passionate about sharing this knowledge and supporting women during their own birthing journeys. Paula trained under Janet Balaskas at The Active Birth Centre in London and has since helped nearly 1,500 women prepare for their births.
