About

Looking for Pregnancy Yoga Classes in Hackney Wick/Bow/Stratford, East London? Omega Hub offers Postnatal, Prenatal/Pregnancy Yoga Classes. The Yoga Instructors at Omega Hub are experienced, qualified, and fully insured to offer a safe pregnancy yoga class at their beautiful riverside studio in East London.

Prenatal Yoga at Omega Hub is a wonderful opportunity for expectant mothers to move and feel more comfortable and at ease during the second and third trimesters. It also provides a chance to create a community with other future moms! The Pregnancy Yoga sequences are specifically designed to help moms feel empowered, calm, and ready for the life-changing event of giving birth. Throughout the classes, participants will explore together how to better communicate with their bodies and listen to their needs. The aim is to build strength while also learning how to calm the nervous system, all while honouring the baby's space.

The duration for the prenatal yoga class is 1 hour 15 minutes. Omega Hub offers different pricing options to suit individual needs. There is an 8 Classes pack, where the effective class fees are £14/class. Alternatively, there is a 4 Classes Pack, with effective class fees at £15/class. For those who prefer to pay as they go, the class costs £20 each. To encourage newcomers, there is a 20% discount on the first class.

If you are looking for Postnatal Yoga Classes in Hackney Wick/Bow/Stratford, East London, Omega Hub also offers classes for mothers. Postnatal Yoga can help build strength, allow you to (re)experience your body, and provide some much-needed me-time. The 60-minute classes consist of a gentle flow and longer-held restorative poses. The moves are generally low-intensity and modified to the needs of the body. Additionally, participating in these classes gives mothers the opportunity to bond with other moms in the area. However, it is important to note that it is recommended to start postnatal yoga eight weeks after giving birth, as the first few weeks are crucial for bonding with the baby, adjusting to the new situation, resting, and recovering.
