Vidushi Shalini Srikanth, a graded artist of Doordarshan and recipient of a national scholarship awarded by the Government of India, is the driving force behind Pranava Nrithyalaya. With a master's in Bharatanatyam from Bharathidasan University, Trichy, she possesses a unique ability to blend tradition with innovation, creating an interface between art and architecture through her dance. Her students benefit from her deep sense of devotion and dedication, which imbues each performance with spiritual fulfillment.

Pranava Nrithyalaya has nurtured over 70 students at both junior and senior levels, offering a platform for them to showcase their talent at various sabhas and prestigious festivals. The academy emphasizes holistic development, encouraging students to undertake junior, senior, and vidwath exams under the Karnataka State Board, as well as other examinations. The senior troupe "Mrunmayee," along with their guru, has performed at numerous dance festivals, temples, and esteemed venues, earning accolades and enriching their artistic journey.
