Power House Junior Rugby Union Club, located in Newport, is a reputable and longstanding rugby club that has been instrumental in developing great leaders and role models on and off the rugby field since its establishment in 1933. Power House Junior Rugby Union Club welcomes boys and girls from the ages of 5 to 18, offering teams for various age groups. The teams start from under six years old and go up to U18, with boys and girls having the opportunity to play together in the same team at all levels. Additionally, there are dedicated girls' teams available at specific levels. The age group is determined by the age turned in the year, meaning if a player is turning 8 years old in 2023, they will be part of the U8s team.
Membership fees for Power House Junior Rugby Union Club include registration insurance, weekly training sessions, and games. The club provides a club shirt for each game, while Power House Junior shorts and socks can be purchased at the club.
The club's preseason training for competition-grade teams under 11 and above starts every Tuesday and Thursday night from 6-7pm, beginning on the 2nd of February 2023. For Pathways Juniors, preseason training commences on the 4th of March 2023. Preseason starts for other age groups, such as under 6s, under 7s, and under 8s, on the 9th of March 2023.

New players and current players have separate registration processes.
