Since 1950, PoCo Bowl in Port Coquitlam has been a cornerstone of the community. Initially starting with just six lanes, it now offers 14 lanes for both casual and competitive bowlers. The Madaski family has owned PoCo Bowl for over sixty years, and since 2019, Curtis and Angela Madaski have continued the family legacy.
PoCo Bowl provides affordable packages for group events and birthday celebrations. These packages include bowling, shoe rental, and food options like hotdogs and pizzas. Birthday parties can be scheduled in two-hour blocks, with an option to rent a private party room for a more exclusive experience. The centre also hosts fundraisers, offering a fun way for groups to raise money for their causes.
PoCo Bowl also runs various leagues for different age groups and skill levels. From the Bowlasaurus youth league for ages 4-5 to mixed adult leagues for evening and daytime play, there is something for everyone. Participants can join individually or form a team, with registration fees covering all related costs.
