Individual sessions can be booked for yourself or for a small group of friends, with a maximum of 5 participants.

These sessions take place in the serene locations of Llantrisant, Rhiwbina, and Brecon, allowing you to immerse yourself in a peaceful and calming environment. The price for a one-hour session is 45, providing you with dedicated attention and guidance from the experienced Pobren instructors.
