Held at Hamilton Secondary College every Sunday morning from October through March, this program offers a supportive environment for children aged from U/6 to U/17 to participate in a wide range of track and field athletic events.

To provide children with a taste of the exhilaration of Little Athletics, Plympton Flyers is offering two free Come & Try sessions! These sessions are a great way for children to experience the joy and excitement of the sport before committing to the full season.
