Welcome to PilogaFit, the leading gym in Wells specialising in core stability and spine health. Our experienced and professionally qualified specialists are here to help you enhance your overall fitness and well-being through appropriate exercise, nutrition, and psychology.

At PilogaFit, we believe in evidence-based exercise, which is why our classes are designed to develop spine and core stability muscles. Our workouts are suitable for beginners, improvers, or those with lower back pain who want to avoid future issues. We follow the proven methodology of Dr. Stuart McGill, a renowned authority on lower back pain and injury prevention.

By modifying and excluding certain postures, such as sit-ups and roll downs, we prioritise better posture, movement, and overall health.

The focus of our classes is on working smarter, not harder. We emphasise the importance of creating a healthier you through science-based PilogaFit, which combines the principles of Pilates, Yoga, and fitness fusion for a healthy back. Our exercises build mobility, stability, and endurance, helping you become a supple leopard.

We offer weekly online exercise classes through Zoom, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home. Whether you're looking to strengthen your core, alleviate lower back pain, or simply maintain your fitness, our PilogaFit classes are suitable for anyone, regardless of age or fitness level.

Our classes are held at Wedmore Village Hall every Wednesday from 9:30-10:30 am. You can drop in and pay as you go for only 6 per class. The classes continue throughout the school holidays, except bank holidays and Christmas closures. For those who prefer online classes, we offer Zoom sessions every Friday from 11-11:40 am.

The weekly fee per household for Zoom classes is 4 for one class or 7 for two classes.

We offer secure and confidential payment options, including bank transfer through TSB Online or cash payments at over 200 branches. Additionally, PayPal is an available payment method. If you wish to attend a class but cannot make it, you can carry the payment forward to a future class or week.

To participate in our classes, we recommend wearing appropriate attire and bringing any necessary equipment. We offer a range of equipment, such as therapy bands, rehabilitation bands, and resistive elastic bands, in various lengths. These can be purchased in rolls of 45. 5m (50 yd) or 23m (25 yd), with green being the available colour.

Before starting any exercise programme, especially if you are pregnant or have any pre-existing conditions or injuries, we advise seeking medical advice. It's important to discuss any concerns with your doctor, who may be able to provide guidance over the phone.
