Catherine is a fully qualified Level 3 Pilates Instructor with the Body Control Pilates Association, as well as a certified Back4Good Practitioner and BackCare Professional. With over 15 years of experience, Catherine is dedicated to delivering excellent and enjoyable Pilates sessions tailored to meet the needs of all clients.
