Pilates On The Terrace, located in the heart of South Fremantle, is a Pilates studio that embraces all individuals on their journey to enhanced wellbeing. Founded in 2022 by Kasey, the studio aims to provide a moment of calm while challenging participants through their classes to leave stronger, leaner, and with clarity of mind.
Kasey's love for Pilates began at a young age of 12 and continued to flourish as she pursued a career in dancing. As a professional ballerina, Pilates became a regular part of her strength training. Unfortunately, in 2012, Kasey sustained an injury that brought her international career to an end. It was during this time that she discovered the healing powers of Pilates.
This defining moment led Kasey to complete her internationally recognised Stott Pilates Certification and Diploma of Pilates with Breath Education. She also studied as a pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise specialist, delving into her passion for postpartum recovery. Kasey's professional and personal experiences have equipped her with the knowledge of both inner and physical work required to live a fulfilled life.
