With small equipment-based classes for up to three people and private one-on-one sessions, clients receive personalised attention and a tailored workout. The studio is particularly suitable for remedial clients and those with rehabilitation needs. All new clients booking equipment sessions undergo an initial private assessment to customise their workout.
In terms of pricing, Pilates on the Park offers an initial assessment session for 70, which lasts for 70 minutes. Private studio sessions are available for 37. 50 per 55-minute session. Clients can also purchase a book of 10 classes for 350, with each session lasting 55 minutes.
