Our new client starter package includes three private lessons for $295, allowing us to introduce you to the Classical Pilates Method and show you the difference compared to other forms of Pilates.
At Melbourne Pilates Method Studio (MPMS), we specialise in teaching the Classical and Authentic Pilates Method, known as “Contrology. ” Unlike contemporary and clinical Pilates, our focus is on precision, integrity, and understanding your body to help you feel longer, leaner, and healthier. With our boutique setup, we offer personalised attention through one-on-one private lessons, duo lessons, semi-private reformer flow classes, and mat classes.
Our dedication to the physical art of Classical Pilates is evident in our studio, which is beautifully equipped with apparatus constructed by Gratz. We are proud to be Melbourne's only True/Romana's Pilates Studio, owned and run by leading Romana's Pilates Method instructors. With over 20 years of Classical Pilates teaching experience in Australia and abroad, our instructors have direct lineage with Joseph Pilates as second-generation teachers. We teach with integrity, following the true definitions of Romana's Pilates.
