Our experienced instructor, Caroline, is highly skilled and teaches in various settings, such as sports clubs, schools, and even in the comfort of your own home. As a former Laban dancer, Caroline has merged her dance background with Pilates to create contemporary and innovative classes for all levels. Through her teachings, she aims to promote body confidence, communication through body language, and overall physical and mental well-being.
