At Pilates Heart, Farah works with a diverse range of clients, including individuals seeking a strong workout as well as those in need of remedial work for issues such as osteoporosis, scoliosis, postnatal recovery, posture, balance, and more. Farah offers one-to-one private sessions tailored to each client's specific goals. These sessions can be conducted through online private sessions from the comfort and convenience of your home or in person at Farah's fully equipped private studio in Windsor.
Farah's primary goal is to inspire and encourage people to start looking after themselves. She understands that everyone's relationship with their body is complicated, and her aim is to help clients feel good and strong in a functional body and a happy mind. Farah's qualifications include being a comprehensive Pilates instructor in every discipline, a fully qualified Garuda instructor in Matwork, Barre, Brick, and Foam Roller, a Buff Bones certification holder, and a Balanced Body Mat Pilates certified instructor.
During the initial consultation with new clients, Farah offers a free 30-minute online session to understand their goals and design a personalised workout plan. In each session, Farah provides guidance on every exercise, addressing posture, muscle and joint pain, and overall conditioning. The Pilates and Garuda sessions offered at Pilates Heart have numerous benefits, including maintaining and strengthening core muscles, improving balance, coordination, posture, and flexibility, reducing the risk of back pain, improving muscle tone, building up the pelvic floor, decreasing neck and shoulder tension, and providing relaxation and reduced fatigue.
Pilates Heart offers different price plans to suit clients' preferences. For private 1-2-1 sessions, clients can choose between training at their home or online. Sessions are 55 minutes long, and more details can be obtained by contacting Farah. Private 1-2-1 sessions at the private studio are also available, utilising various apparatus and props.
The price for each 55-minute session is 45, or clients can opt for a block of five sessions at 200 (40 per session). Duet sessions are also available, with each 55-minute session costing 60 (30 per person).
Please note that there are cancellation charges if less than 24 hours' notice is given prior to the booked class.
