2021. I am passionate about holistic wellness and personal growth, and I believe that dance and yoga are beautiful forms of self-expression and tools for self-discovery.

At DNC Dance & Yoga Studio, we offer a variety of classes and workshops for all ages and backgrounds. Our primary focus is on Indian classical dance, specifically Kathak, which is a vibrant and expressive dance form that originated in Northern India. We provide comprehensive Kathak dance training for both children and adults, whether they're beginners or experienced dancers. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to nurturing each student's talent and helping them reach their fullest potential in dance.

In addition to dance, we also offer yoga classes led by certified instructors. Yoga is a holistic practise that combines physical poses, breathing exercises, and meditation to promote physical and mental well-being. Our yoga classes cater to all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, and we create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone can feel comfortable and empowered on their yoga journey.

Moreover, at DNC Dance & Yoga Studio, we recognise the importance of personal development and well-being beyond dance and yoga. That's why we have introduced “Journey with Nikita,” a programme that focuses on healing, well-being, and personal growth. This programme incorporates techniques such as NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Reiki healing, and personal development mentoring. Our aim is to provide a holistic approach to wellness and empower individuals to live their best lives.

As an award-winning studio, we take pride in our achievements and recognition within the dance and yoga community. We have been honoured with prestigious awards, including “Dance Studio of the Year” by the Prestige Awards in 2022 and 2023, and we were shortlisted for “Yoga Studio of the Year” by OM Yoga and National Business Women's Awards in 2023. We are also finalists for the One Dance Awards in 2024, further solidifying our commitment to excellence in our field.

Located in Slough, Berkshire, our studio is a purpose-built space equipped with state-of-the-art facilities to cultivate a conducive environment for dance, yoga, and personal development. We also offer studio hire for individuals or groups who want to host their own dance or yoga sessions or events.
