At Pilates Evolve, the instructor Yassamin is highly experienced and trained in these three disciplines. Yassamin believes that each individual has their own unique moving architecture, which can change from day to day. She emphasises the importance of respecting and honouring these differences in order to achieve optimal results.

The classes at Pilates Evolve incorporate a combination of Pilates, Garuda, and Foundation Training exercises. These three disciplines are rooted in the principles of healthy functional movement, supported by research and evidence on how the body should move optimally. The best part is that these exercise modalities are completely portable, requiring only a willing mind and body, and maybe a mat.

The classes at Pilates Evolve require mental engagement and can be physically challenging, but Yassamin ensures that they are accessible for most individuals. The duration of each class is between 45 to 60 minutes, allowing for a comprehensive workout within a manageable timeframe.

Pilates Evolve operates on a term basis, usually consisting of 5 to 8-week blocks. Classes are paid for in advance, with the cost being 11 per Zoom class and 14 per live class. Discounts are available for those attending multiple classes. While there are no discounts or refunds for missed classes, Yassamin offers the opportunity to make-up or swap missed classes with 24 hours' notice of cancellation.

Make-up classes should be taken within 12 weeks of the missed class whenever possible.

Before joining a group class, Yassamin recommends attending a 1:1 lesson at her private studio in Wimborne, Dorset. This allows for a personalised assessment of individual needs and priorities. Additionally, Pilates Evolve offers an extensive library of video classes for unlimited access at a monthly subscription fee of 10. For those seeking one-on-one attention, private lessons are available at the studio for 50 per hour, with a 48-hour cancellation policy.

Furthermore, Pilates Evolve provides group workshops for those looking to dive deeper into their practise and enhance their learning experience. These workshops can be arranged by contacting Yassamin directly.
