Pilates Club East Dulwich offers classes at various locations in the London area. On Wednesday evenings, classes are held at St Peter/St Clements Church Hall in East Dulwich, with sessions available for both beginners and improvers throughout the evening. On Thursday mornings, classes take place at Francis Peek Community Centre in Dulwich Village, catering to beginners, improvers, and intermediate levels. Additionally, Friday mornings feature classes at the Norwich Synagogue Hall in Norwich.
The pricing structure at Pilates Club is designed to be flexible and accessible to all. Mat classes are offered in six-week blocks, with the cost varying depending on the location. In East Dulwich, the price is 72 (12 per class) for the block, while in Dulwich Village, the cost is 84 (14 per class). Drop-ins are also available at a slightly higher rate.
For the Norwich location, the price is 60 for a six-week block, and drop-ins are available upon inquiry.
Pilates Club East Dulwich has a few terms and conditions in place to ensure the smooth running of classes. A block of classes must be paid in full in advance to reserve a spot, and if a class is missed, it can be made up in another class within the same block, provided there is sufficient space. Unfortunately, missed classes cannot be carried forward to the next block, and refunds are not available.
When attending classes at Pilates Club, it is recommended to wear comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement, such as leggings or sweatpants and a t-shirt. Trainers are not necessary, as socks are sufficient for the exercises.
