Where are the classes held? We have various venues across Cheltenham where our face-to-face classes take place. These include Leckhampton Village Hall, Berkhampstead School, and Prestbury W. I Hall.
We also offer Zoom live classes for those who prefer to workout from the comfort of their own home.

What should I wear and bring? We recommend wearing comfortable, form-fitting clothes that allow for ease of movement. Please bring your own Pilates mat to use during the class. If you don't have one, we can provide one for you.
