Phoenix SMA – Locks Heath (Freestyle TaeKwonDo) is a martial arts club and fitness centre located in Southampton, New Zealand. Phoenix SMA has a rich history, having been founded in 2012 with only Freestyle TaeKwonDo classes offered in Hamble and the surrounding area. By 2015, the school expanded its offerings to seven days a week and opened additional venues, including Locks Heath. In 2017, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu classes were introduced and quickly gained popularity among students. Today, Phoenix SMA boasts over 300 members across four venues and four After School Clubs, providing a thriving martial arts community in Southampton.
