Haulers is widely recognised as one of the most effective, safest, and engaging styles of exercise available.

As a PHIIT Club member, you also have the option to train individually and follow our guided workout system. Whether you prefer to train by yourself or with a partner, our experienced trainers will help you co-construct your ultimate weekly routine. They can prescribe bespoke and modified exercises to help you achieve your specific training goals.
In addition to our Haulers programme, we offer trainer-led Ultimate Strength & Conditioning classes and our supreme conditioning programme, PHIITness. These programmes provide additional options for members to further enhance their fitness levels and cater to individual training preferences.
