Patricia Howe, a native of Berkshire, has always had a passion for physical activity and sports. From a young age, you would find her on the sports field or playing various games outdoors. In her early twenties, Patricia ventured into the gym for the first time and her journey in the world of bodybuilding began. Over the next 16 years, she set personal goals, faced unexpected challenges, and experienced self-exploration and connexion.
Exeter, where she qualified for the British finals several times, became a place very close to her heart.
After achieving her ultimate goal of becoming the Ladies Heavyweight British Bodybuilding Champion for two consecutive years, Patricia was presented with another opportunity. She was offered the chance to invest in and co-own a gym. Excited to give back to the Exeter community and provide a space for people to train and focus on personal development, both physically and mentally, Patricia seized the opportunity. Exeter became her new home, and thus began the next chapter of her life.
Now, as a Health & Wellness Coach, Patricia offers a range of services including personal training, massage therapy, and pre/post-natal wellness coaching. Her personal training sessions take place in the beautiful green spaces that Exeter has to offer, allowing her clients to connect with nature while working towards their fitness goals. Patricia's approach to personal training is tailored to each individual, ensuring their unique needs and aspirations are met.
In addition to personal training, Patricia is a qualified complete bodyworker and remedial massage therapist. Her massage therapy practise takes a holistic approach, incorporating flexibility and mobilisation techniques within each customised treatment. From 30-minute to 90-minute sessions, clients can choose the duration that suits them best.
Combining personal training and massage therapy, Patricia offers a stress relief package that focuses on both physical and emotional wellbeing.
