The founder, who grew up in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, has had a lifelong passion for fitness and health. With a background in dance and certification through Canfit Pro, Phat Fitness offers tailored one-on-one training sessions, focusing on individual goals, lifestyles, and preferences.
Specializing in HIIT training and plyometrics, Phat Fitness aims to elevate clients' technique, mind-body connection, and overall fitness awareness.
