Juniors (6-12 years): Our Junior programme focuses on building basic techniques, discipline, and self-confidence. Teen/Adult (12 years+): This programme is for teenagers and adults of all skill levels who want to improve their fitness, learn self-defence techniques, and develop discipline and focus. Private + Elite Training: We offer private lessons for adults and children who want one-on-one training to focus on specific goals or techniques.
Sports Kumite: Our elite team focuses on sports Kumite training, preparing athletes to compete at a national and international level. Training for non-members: We also offer Kumite training sessions for non-members who want to experience high-intensity training and improve their skills.
