Perth Spectres Basketball Club, established in 2019, is a proud member of the Australian Spectres basketball family, which originated in 2001. With a strong focus on inclusivity and creating a safe space for LGBTQI+ individuals, the club aims to promote respect, friendship, and community engagement through the sport of basketball.

Throughout the year, the Perth Spectres Basketball Club organises a range of events to engage both its members and the broader community. One standout event is the annual “Basket-BALL Neon Nights,” where the basketball court is transformed into a mesmerising neon wonderland. This thrilling event combines the excitement of basketball with the vibrant glow of neon lights, creating a unique and unforgettable experience.

In addition to events, the club also offers regular Train & Play sessions for individuals aged 18 and above. These sessions provide a fun and inclusive environment for participants to learn new skills, stay active, and connect with friendly like-minded individuals. The junior club also offers Train & Play sessions specially designed for younger basketball enthusiasts.
