Here is a rundown of the full program for the retreat:
Day 1 – Friday:
After settling into your accommodations, take a tour of Deśa before your first one-on-one consultation with Emma, where you will set your intentions for the retreat. Feel your tensions begin to melt away during a blissful Abhyanga warm oil massage. Following this, indulge in a delicious and nutritious two-course meal made with love. In the evening, calm your mind through Kirtan led by Emma, a powerful and fruitful meditation technique. With a balanced and grounded mindset, retreat for the night.
Day 2 – Saturday:
Begin the day with a Nourishing Sounds Yoga experience led by Emma and musician and sound facilitator Demir Aliu. Immerse yourself in the healing sounds of live music as you use breath, voice, and body to restore balance in your life. After breakfast, spend some time with Emma in a bespoke strategy session. These sessions are designed to address any challenges or perceived limitations and provide you with practical tools to support your journey towards empowerment and groundedness. Enjoy another tasty lunch before taking a leisurely coastal walk on the beach, connecting with nature and rejuvenating your spirit. Back at the retreat, you will have some free time before the evening meal, where you will learn about mindful eating. Emma will lead a bedtime Nida yoga practice to conclude the day.
Day 3 – Sunday:
Start the day with a Kundalini Yoga session led by Emma. Kundalini refers to the powerful energy that lies dormant at the base of the spine, and this class will awaken that energy through breath, body, and sound. Following breakfast, join Emma for another strategy session and take some free time to reflect, relax, and fully embrace the serenity. In the afternoon, Kirsty from Yum Design Ceramics will guide you through a therapeutic clay play workshop, allowing you to rekindle your creative side. Later in the day, Holistic Nutritionist Elly McLean from Nutritionelly will present a fabulous nutrition seminar and cooking demonstration, providing practical tips on various aspects of health. Emma will lead a bedtime yin yoga practice to help you unwind and prepare for your final night of the retreat.
Day 4 – Monday:
As your transformative retreat nears its end, energise and balance yourself during one last yoga class with Emma. Following breakfast, participate in the Closing Circle, where you can reflect and share your experiences. Filled with love and gratitude, you will bid farewell to Emma, armed with the tools to bring true purpose and meaning back into your life.
