With a passion for the transformative power of Pilates, Bridget began incorporating it into her dance training over twenty years ago. As a professional dancer, she witnessed firsthand the impact that Pilates had on the body, providing essential support and alleviating back and joint pain. Inspired by these benefits, she decided to pursue Pilates instruction, and in 2017, Perfect Posture Pilates was established as a full-time business.

At Perfect Posture Pilates, Bridget takes pride in creating classes that flow seamlessly from one exercise to another, thanks to her background in dance training and choreography. Each six-week group class is carefully designed to challenge and invigorate participants, with the content changing every six weeks to ensure ongoing progress and engagement. Bridget's extensive qualifications in mat Pilates, Reformer, Cadillac, Chairs, Barrels, Barre, dance, and teaching enable her to deliver sessions that are diverse, dynamic, and catered to the individual needs of her clients.

As a firm believer in continuous training, Bridget frequently attends workshops and teacher training courses in London, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the Pilates world.
