Adele Clark, the business owner, is a qualified Level 3 personal trainer and nutritional advisor. She is also trained in pre and postnatal exercise, Pilates instruction, and group exercise instruction, including Zumba and Clubbercise. With over 11 years of experience running Pembury Fitness, Adele is dedicated to each one of her clients, providing knowledgeable and enjoyable classes and sessions.
In addition to Adele, Pembury Fitness boasts a team of skilled instructors. Kerry-Lee Galliard is a Zumba instructor and nutrition advisor, bringing her love of dance and people to each class. With a background in speech therapy and teaching, Kerry-Lee creates a fun and energetic atmosphere that will keep you smiling and wanting more.
Kasia Blezsynska, a Level 3 Pilates instructor, nutritional advisor, and pre/postnatal trained professional, has a deep passion for Pilates and uses her extensive background in orthopaedic nursing to provide effective and safe instruction. With certifications in nutrition and weight management, as well as a specialisation in common orthopaedic conditions, Kasia brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes.
