The Head Coach of Peak Performance Taekwondo Academy is Jibreel Malik, a 4th Dan and Team GB representative with over 25 years of experience in Taekwondo. Another key coach at the academy is Bianka Fjeld, a 3rd Dan certified Taekwondo instructor, Poomsae judge, and passionate Hapkido student. Fjeld has been training in Taekwondo since 1991 and is well-versed in mastering Poomsae techniques. With experience coaching at Norway's top Taekwondo academy, Fjeld knows how to help students of all levels achieve their goals.

The team consists of national team athletes from Great Britain, Mali, and Moldova, as well as multiple British champions.
