The Head Coach of Peak Performance Taekwondo Academy is Jibreel Malik, a 4th Dan and Team GB representative with over 25 years of experience in Taekwondo. He brings his energy and expertise to bring out the best in each individual, regardless of their age or aspirations.

Another key coach at the academy is Bianka Fjeld, a 3rd Dan certified Taekwondo instructor, Poomsae judge, and passionate Hapkido student. Fjeld has been training in Taekwondo since 1991 and is well-versed in mastering Poomsae techniques. With experience coaching at Norway's top Taekwondo academy, Fjeld knows how to help students of all levels achieve their goals.

Peak Performance Taekwondo Academy offers various programmes for individuals of different age groups. The “Little Kickers” programme caters to children aged 5–7 years, providing a fun and pressure-free environment to learn. Lastly, there is a specialised programme for athletes aspiring to compete in Olympic Taekwondo. This programme is designed for those who have the goal to reach the highest level of competition. The training programme is individualised and periodized to ensure each athlete can perform at their best. The team consists of national team athletes from Great Britain, Mali, and Moldova, as well as multiple British champions.
