Our studio offers a range of equipment including Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, Barrels and small equipment to ensure a thorough workout. We use top-of-the-line equipment from STOTT PILATES, a method that focuses on spinal rehabilitation and muscle rebalancing.
All sessions at Passion For Pilates are personalized to meet the individual needs and goals of each client. Whether you're a beginner or experienced Pilates enthusiast, our instructors will guide you through a series of exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, and posture. Our studio policy is to provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients. We recommend starting with a Private session to introduce you to the STOTT PILATES method and the 5 Basic Principles. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water for your session. No outside shoes are allowed in the studio to maintain cleanliness and safety.
