Welcome to Parley Farm Outdoor Fitness, a fitness centre and boot camp located in Christchurch, New Zealand. Our aim is to offer a refreshing and functional approach to fitness, embracing the stunning countryside and coastline that surrounds us. We believe that you don't need to step foot in a gym to achieve a strong and healthy body.

Parley Farm Fitness caters to individuals of all ages and abilities. Whether you are new to fitness and prefer the idea of exercising outdoors, or if you are training for a gruelling obstacle course, we have options for you. Our Fit Club offers nine sessions a week, providing a boot camp style class suitable for all. We also offer individual options and one-on-one personal training with both male and female instructors.

Our fitness centre is located on the four-acre private grounds of Parley Estate, with the beautiful River Stour bordering our location. Just a short distance from Bournemouth Airport, we offer a wonderfully rural yet accessible setting in east Dorset. We are conveniently located: 5 miles from Christchurch, 8 miles from Bournemouth, and 10 miles from Ringwood. Plentiful free car parking is available, and we provide shower and changing facilities in our affiliated establishment, Physio Fitness.

Parley Farm Fit Club offers nine sessions a week, at various times to suit every lifestyle. Whether your goal is to lose weight or maintain fitness for other sports, our boot camp style class is suitable for everyone. Join a group of like-minded individuals who want to train in the beautiful outdoors. Membership starts at just 35 per month.

In addition to our fitness classes, we also offer outdoor area hire. This is the perfect opportunity for personal trainers to train their clients in a unique and inspiring environment, or for teams to experience training in a different setting. We also welcome outdoor CrossFit competitions. With access to all our equipment, plentiful free parking, and shower/change facilities, you can make the most of this exceptional location.

Hire rates start at 10 per hour.

Parley Farm Fitness is based at Physio Fitness, Dorset's sports injury specialists. Our experienced and qualified physiotherapists, who have previously worked with AFC Bournemouth, can help you recover from any injury and get you back to peak health and fitness. Sessions start at just 30.
