DiveClub Northern Ireland, a scuba diving club based in Belfast, is excited to promote the upcoming PADI Adventure Diving Course. This course, which is a part of the Advanced Open Water Diver Course, offers a variety of scuba adventures for participants to choose from. Whether you're interested in digital underwater photography, fish identification, or dry suit diving, this course has something for everyone.
By completing three Adventure Dives, participants can earn their Adventure Diver certification and enhance their scuba skills. What's even better is that each Adventure Dive may also count towards a corresponding PADI Speciality Diver Course, allowing you to further specialise in your chosen area of interest.
The PADI Adventure Diving Course is open to PADI (Junior) Open Water Divers who are at least 10 years old. Younger divers may also join certain Adventure Dives with instructor approval. This means that divers of different ages and experience levels can participate in this exciting course.
One of the great things about this course is that participants have the freedom to select the Adventure Dives that interest them the most. Whether you've always wanted to improve your peak performance buoyancy, dive with an awareness of fish identification, or explore the wonders of underwater nature, you can decide the Adventure Dives that inspire you.
Depending on the Adventure Dives decided, participants will have the opportunity to learn and utilise specialised scuba equipment. This could include using a dry suit or a sidemount configuration, which adds an extra element of excitement to your diving experiences. Your instructor may also recommend additional gear, such as a dive light for night diving or a lift bag for search and recovery diving. Don't worry if you don't have all the necessary equipment, as local dive centres can provide guidance and assistance in ensuring you're fully prepared.
Enrollment in the course is simple and convenient. Participants can register online and will receive the Adventures in Diving manual and course video to support their learning journey. DiveClub Northern Ireland is here to assist with enrolment and provide any additional materials you may need.
Knowledge review sessions and Adventure Dives will be scheduled by the highly experienced PADI Instructor to ensure a smooth and enjoyable learning experience. The course cost of £239 includes all the necessary materials to get you started on your scuba adventure. If you choose to use a dry suit for Adventure Dives, there will be an additional fee of £35 for an extra pool session.
