Rob's aim is to change how people view fitness, making it a natural part of their lifestyle. He knows starting new fitness habits can be tough, so he and his team work closely with individuals to keep them motivated and on track.
P4P offers a range of classes for different interests. Kids aged 6 and above can enjoy Kids Aerial Classes, learning moves on aerial equipment. For older kids in secondary school, there are Teen Aerial Classes. Adults aren't left out, with Aerial Classes that let them rediscover their inner child while hanging upside down.
During holidays, P4P runs Kids Circus School, where children can learn tumbles, balancing, and aerial skills. Adults can join Circus/Aerial Workshops on weekends covering handstands, circus skills, and aerial hoop, among others.
For those interested in pole fitness, P4P has classes where adults can learn spinning, climbing, and gripping. There are also Aerial Yoga sessions that combine stretching and meditation, and a specific Yin Aerial Yoga course for a more relaxed experience.
If intense workouts are more your thing, Rob offers Adults Pad Sessions mixing boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA. Ladies can join Ladies Pad Sessions, tailored for a full-body workout. Circuit Training classes combine various exercises and equipment, and open gym hours are available for those who prefer working out at their own pace.
Throughout the year, P4P also conducts boot camps lasting 8 or 12 weeks to help kickstart fitness journeys.
Recognising the importance of nutrition, Rob has brought in Gary, a qualified diet and nutrition expert. Gary can provide guidance on diet, general health, and well-being, ensuring you get reliable advice.
