Our classes are held in a darkened, candle-lit studio where you will flow or work out to the hottest beats. The combination of darkness, music, and heat will take your practice to a whole new level. We offer classes at different intensity levels to cater to all fitness levels - Level 1 for slower and softer classes, Level 2 for normal intensity, and Level 3 for high intensity classes.
