Transitioned into the field of fitness and sports performance due to my passion for health and wellbeing. I am a qualified soft tissue therapist and sports performance technician with a strong background in anatomy and physiology.

We offer tests such as VO2Max, resting metabolic rate, active metabolic rate, and lactate threshold testing to provide you with comprehensive insights into your fitness level and fuel utilisation during exercise.

In addition to performance testing, we offer personalised coaching programmes to help you optimise your performance. Our coaching services include strength and conditioning programmes tailored to your specific needs, as well as nutrition guidance to fuel your body effectively and enhance your performance.

We understand the importance of injury rehabilitation and recovery, which is why we offer a wide range of therapies to address these needs. Our therapies include clinical massage, neuromuscular therapy, dry needling, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilisation, and rocktape movement assessment. These modalities are designed to help with injury rehabilitation, improve recovery time, and keep you in top condition.

The team at OxFit is led by founder Lynn Hall, who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in holistic massage therapy and the sports industry. Lynn's expertise, combined with her significant training and qualifications, allows her to successfully treat a wide range of chronic pain conditions and provide effective and relaxing treatments to her clients.

We also have Charlotte Rodwell on our team, a soft tissue therapist and sports performance technician. Charlotte's strong background in anatomy and physiology, coupled with her passion for health and wellbeing, enables her to deliver top-notch care to our clients.
