Derek Elliott Yoga provides diverse classes and workshops suited for all levels, ranging from Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, 1-to-1 sessions, to Three Elements Yoga and Better Sleep Meditation. One highlight is the Hatha Yoga class on Wednesdays from 6:45-8:15 pm, starting with breathing practices and moving into a sequenced active session for fluid movement and deep embodiment. There's also an Early Morning Slow Flow class on Tuesdays from 7-8 am, perfect to energise your day.
For those who prefer a more contemplative pace, there's a monthly restorative class focusing on breathing. Suitable for everyone, this session cultivates deep peace and relaxation—just bring your comfy cushions!
Derek Elliott, the driving force behind the studio, advocates for 'barefoot' Yoga, emphasising a grounded connection with the Earth. He encourages students to explore their own landscape with curiosity and grace, fostering a profound sense of connection.
