And don't worry if you don't have a mat, because the teacher provides them for your convenience. Just remember to bring a towel and a bottle of water to stay hydrated during the practice.

The price for this wonderful class is $25, and as an added bonus, mats are supplied. We also offer free admission for children aged 12 and under as well as First Nations People. So, feel free to bring along your little ones or invite your friends from the First Nations community for a rejuvenating yoga experience.
