He's picked up traditional techniques from his time in Varkala, Kerala, South India, and even includes some Chinese Qi Gong stretching for that extra bit of healing and calm.
Simon’s classes cover all bases: dynamic sun salutations, pranayama breathing exercises, yoga postures, deep stretching, joint opening, inversions, strength and calming routines, meditation poses, and relaxation sequences. For £28 a month, you're getting a comprehensive yoga experience.
