OptiMum offers a range of services tailored to women’s needs. New mums can join postnatal recovery programmes and classes focused on pelvic floor, core rehab, diastasis healing, and c-section recovery. OptiMum also provides massage therapy, including scar massage, to support healing.
For those approaching or experiencing menopause, Sarah offers specialised exercise programmes and guidance to manage symptoms and maintain health. She understands the physical and emotional changes of this stage and is ready to support at every step.
Beyond in-person options, OptiMum offers online workouts for busy women. These on-demand sessions provide the flexibility to prioritise health and fitness on your schedule.
