New to MittFit? Try the 28-day Challenge. It's a great start, working closely with Matt and his expert coaches to set goals, understand nutrition, and build long-term habits. With weekly check-ins and coaching calls, you'll get the personalised guidance you need.
Our timetable is flexible, with group fitness classes on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:30 am to 7:15 am and 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm. We also run Saturday classes from 8 am to 8:45 am and 9 am to 9:45 am.
