The personal training journey at Ophelia's Personal Training begins with an introductory consultation. During this consultation, Ophelia takes the time to gather information about the client's medical and health history, lifestyle, and goals. Additionally, postural, strength, and injury assessments are conducted, and optional Bodystat body composition assessments are available. Clients also receive nutritional and healthy eating guidance, along with assistance in setting realistic and relevant goals.
Ophelia provides ongoing support to help clients stay on track and achieve their desired results.
For the convenience of clients, Ophelia offers remote and face-to-face personal training sessions. The initial assessment and plan cost 70, while one-hour personal training sessions cost 45, and 30-minute sessions cost 30. Bespoke options can be discussed with Ophelia to cater to specific needs.
