Our facility is a modern and safe environment, designed to cater to the needs of gymnasts of all ages and skill levels. We have certified coaches who are dedicated to providing high-quality instruction and guidance to our members. Whether your child is just starting out in our pre-school gymnastics programme, participating in recreational gymnastics while in full-time education, or competing at a competitive level, our coaches are experienced and skilled in fostering their physical and mental development.

In addition to traditional gymnastics activities such as running, jumping, climbing, and tumbling, we also offer trampolining and parkour programmes to cater to different interests and abilities. We understand that each child is unique and has different goals and aspirations, and we are committed to helping them achieve their personal best.

At Kestrel Gymnastics, we also understand that gymnastics is not just for children. We offer birthday parties for both children and adults, providing a fun and active way to celebrate special occasions. Our gym is also open for Open Gymnastics Fun Sessions every Saturday, where children aged 4 and above can come and enjoy supervised play and exploration in a safe environment.

We are proud to be a part of the Chepstow community and are dedicated to playing an active role in promoting the importance of exercise and fitness. We believe that by instilling a love for physical activity and providing a positive and supportive environment, we can help our members develop physical confidence, mental resilience, and valuable social skills.
