With a mission to create a spiritual space for healing and self-discovery, Oorjayii Yoga offers a loving and safe environment for all who embark on their yoga journey here.
Set against the breathtaking backdrop of nature, Oorjayii Yoga’s essence transcends a single location. For half the year, the vibrant city of Dharamshala serves as its home base, while the other half is spent traveling with a devoted team to enchanting natural settings. Each new locale is carefully chosen to immerse participants in the harmonious presence of the five elements—Sky, Air, Fire, Water, and Earth—ensuring a natural balance of body and mind.
With its seasonal shift to the sunny shores of Goa for the 2023-24 season, Oorjayii Yoga continues to offer a variety of enriching workshops and teacher training courses, all accredited by Yoga Alliance U.S.A. Whether in Dharamshala or Goa, participants can engage in transformative 100-hour and 200-hour training programs in styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, and more. These offerings are designed to deepen personal practice and nurture future teachers, with post-training support provided through a dedicated community.
