Although Mum and Baby sessions are currently unavailable due to the pandemic, you are more than welcome to attend the online sessions together with your baby. You have the option to mute yourself during the class so as not to disturb anyone. This session focuses on postnatal recovery but also caters to pregnant women, emphasising strength, flexibility, pelvic floor muscles, core stability, and improvement of mobility in hips and spine. For postnatal moms, it helps strengthen the tummy, back, and pelvis, and restore posture and alignment.
