Our Physiotherapy Clinic specialises in treating musculoskeletal conditions such as back and spinal pain, sports injuries, and rehabilitation back to life. In addition to Physiotherapy, we also offer Physiotherapy led Pilates classes in our studio. Our small group classes are led by specialist teachers who are trained to support your recovery and enhance your fitness. Our Pilates classes are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each individual. Our aim is to help you build strength, improve flexibility, and promote overall well-being.

At One Life, we go beyond traditional physical therapy and offer Life Coaching programmes through OneLife coaching. Our life coaching programmes are designed to support personal change and bring about positive transformation in your life. Our dedicated life coaches work with you to identify your goals and help you develop the skills and mindset needed to achieve them.
