During a One to One Yoga session, participants will receive individual attention and a customised experience that caters to their specific preferences, needs, and limitations. It's all about personalising the practice to meet the unique requirements of each participant. This session can take place at a location of your choice, making it even more convenient for you.
For just £35, you'll get to enjoy a full 60 minutes of dedicated yoga instruction. Previous participants have sung praises of these sessions, citing the relief of pain and the positive impact on their overall well-being. Renate, our experienced and enthusiastic yoga instructor, is well-known for her fun and bubbly personality. Her Hatha Yoga classes strike the perfect balance between enjoyment and challenge.
By joining one of Renate's classes, you can expect improvements in flexibility, fitness levels, and breathing techniques. To ensure your comfort during the class, we recommend wearing loose-fitting and comfortable clothes and practising barefoot. Yoga mats are available for borrowing or purchase, so no need to worry if you don't have one.
In preparation for the class, we advise against eating a large meal a few hours beforehand. This will help you fully immerse yourself in the practice without any discomfort. And, of course, it's always a good idea to bring some water to keep yourself hydrated throughout the session.
