That's why we offer Iron Therapy, a unique recovery programme that combines infrared sauna therapy, compression therapy, and normatec boots to help you recover faster, reduce muscle soreness, and improve overall performance.
Iron Therapy is available as a standalone service or as an add-on to your training membership.
