Old McDonald's Family Farm is excited to announce their upcoming Summer Camp for children aged 5-8, running from July 22nd to July 26th. The camp promises a full farm adventure from 9am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, with the option for extended hours. For just $335.00 per child, kids can immerse themselves in the wonderful world of farming and animal care.
Established in 2020 by Lisa McDonald and her husband, this family-run farm aims to inspire the next generation of young farmers. Campers will have the chance to interact with a variety of animals including chickens, ducks, bunnies, pigs, and sheep. They'll also participate in wilderness activities and natural play on the farm.
One of the highlights of the camp is a day with Jessica from Focal Point Artistry, where campers will engage in creative painting and indigenous teachings. Please note that lunch is not provided, so children will need to bring their own nut-free meals and snacks. Interested parents can opt for before and after care for an additional fee of $40.
To secure a spot for your child, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required upon registration, with the balance due by June 22, 2024. This amount is also nonrefundable, and no taxes will be charged to keep the camp fees affordable. If you have any queries, feel free to reach out to [email protected]. Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity for your young ones to connect with nature and learn valuable skills at Old McDonald's Family Farm Summer Camp!
