Ocean Spa is Napier's top heated pool and fitness complex, offering a range of amenities for relaxation, fitness, and enjoyment. Located on Marine Parade, it is easily accessible with ample parking available in front of the spa and in the rear car park.

The pools at Ocean Spa offer panoramic ocean views, creating a tranquil and inviting environment for both exercise and relaxation. The open-air, heated, and chlorinated pools and spas cater to all ages and preferences. From the toddler pool to the therapeutic pool featuring water fountains and pool jets, there is something for everyone. The changing rooms have been recently updated and include designated family changing areas for added convenience. Lifeguards are on duty to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

The gym at Ocean Spa boasts a stunning Pacific Ocean view, providing a motivating and inspiring backdrop for workouts. Qualified personal trainers are available to guide and support gym-goers in their fitness journey. The gym membership also grants unlimited access to the heated pool, lap pool, spa pools, sauna, and steam room, ensuring all the necessary tools for achieving fitness goals are readily available.

After a workout or swim, guests can head over to The Bach Caf to refuel their energy with delicious coffee and amazing food. The caf offers stunning ocean views, allowing patrons to relax and enjoy their meals in a picturesque setting.

Ocean Spa's opening hours are designed to accommodate various schedules, with early morning and late evening options available. The spa and gym are open from Monday to Saturday, with the last entry at 9:00pm. On Sundays and public holidays, the opening hours are from 7:00am to 9:00pm. The spa pools, sauna, and steam room have extended hours and are open until 10:00pm on Monday to Saturday and 7:00pm on Sundays and public holidays.

The Lap Pool's opening hours are from 5:30am to 8:00pm. The Bach Caf operates from 6:00am to 3:00pm on weekdays and from 6:00am to 5:00pm on weekends, with slightly adjusted opening hours on Sundays.

Ocean Spa prioritises accessibility and provides two accessible parking spaces located at the main entrance on Marine Parade for individuals with mobility needs.
